- Be prepared
- Lender’s pre-approval letter
- W-2 Forms, member and spouse
- At least two most recent months of Leave and Earnings Statement and spouse’s pay stubs
- Copies of statements of at least 2 most recent bank statements, including savings accounts and checking accounts and of any accounts that can be used for your earnest money deposits
- Checkbook
- General or real estate specific power of attorney (POA) for an absent spouse
- Smart phone to take photos and screenshots of documents
- Back up of all these documents on an external drive
