Personal Experience: Moving to Indian Hills

When I first moved to Indian Hills, I was struck by the beauty of the area. The rolling hills, stunning mountain views, and well-manicured lawns of the neighborhood immediately gave me a sense of peace and tranquility. But it wasn’t just the natural surroundings that made me fall in love with Indian Hills. It was the sense of community that I felt from the moment I arrived.

I always wanted to live in the Provo east bench above the valley. I love mountains and my view is so breathtaking.

I wanted to be in walking distance to my church and the temple, and my dream came true!

My neighbors are friendly and welcoming, eager to help me settle in and feel at home. I quickly learned that Indian Hills was a place where people looked out for one another, and where community events were a regular occurrence. Whether it was a potluck dinner, a neighborhood garage sale, or a Halloween block party, there is always something fun and engaging going on.

From the first day I moved in, each day a different neighbor would check on me to help me move things around, to gut this fixer upper project I am doing… and each one brings me goodies like homemade cookies, breads, potato salad, and tons of fresh fruit from their trees!

As I got to know the area better, I discovered that Indian Hills was also incredibly convenient. With easy access to major highways, commuting to work was a breeze. And with plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options nearby, there was never a shortage of things to do.

I am in walking distance from Day’s Market, a local grocery store, the local post office, restaurants, ACE Hardware, and the locally owned pharmacy – Rock Canyon Pharmacy. So convenient!

Looking back on my decision to move to Indian Hills, I can say without hesitation that it is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. If you’re considering a move to this beautiful neighborhood, I can’t recommend it highly enough.
